Antidumping and Countervailing Duty (AD/CVD) Administrative Review Deadlines

As explained in “Modification to Content Published by Import Administration in the Federal Register,” the Department no longer publishes in the Federal Register notices extending the deadlines in administrative reviews. (See 77 FR 25405, April 30, 2012 ) These deadlines are now available in calendar form below and can be displayed by date or by product.

Please note that these deadline dates are provided here as a courtesy. Parties to these proceedings will be notified directly of deadline extensions. If there is a discrepancy between that notification and the information on this website, the deadline provided in the direct notification is the correct deadline.
